Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in the Asset Management division, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and distribute executive reports, presentations, and materials for internal and client meetings
  • Coordinate team events, offsites, and logistics for up to 20 team members in a dynamic Sydney office
  • Manage confidential correspondence, expense reimbursements, and documentation in compliance with JP Morgan policies
  • Act as a key liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners in the financial services sector
  • Support onboarding of new team members and maintain accurate records in HR and compliance systems
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Assist in budget tracking and basic financial reporting for team initiatives
  • Collaborate with global teams to facilitate cross-border communications and project deliverables
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant in a financial services environment
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives in asset management or investment banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of financial terminology and regulatory compliance in the Australian market
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with eligibility for employment in Australia
