Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, ideation, and execution of user experience design initiatives for Digital Investment Banking platforms
  • Collaborate with design pods across Global Banking to ensure cohesive user experiences for institutional clients
  • Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing with investment bankers and clients to inform design decisions
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD, tailored to financial workflows
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation within the design team at J.P. Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 4 years in financial services or investment banking
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional design teams and executing end-to-end design projects
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing digital products for high-stakes financial environments
