Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user experiences for DXD Securities Services & CDAO products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions in the financial services domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inclusive and accessible design principles into product roadmaps
• Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting best practices in experience strategy and innovation
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
• Advocate for user-centered design in strategic initiatives, balancing regulatory requirements with customer satisfaction
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on designs, enhancing engagement in securities and CDAO services
• Contribute to the creation of design systems that support scalability across JP Morgan Chase's global offerings
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and promote inclusivity for diverse user bases in finance
• Present design concepts and rationales to senior stakeholders to drive project approval and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record leading design initiatives for complex digital products in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in the financial sector
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior designers and foster team development
• Proficiency in design tools and methodologies relevant to enterprise-level financial applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in UX Design or related discipline
• Experience in securities services or capital markets within a global bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Certification in UX research or inclusive design practices
• Prior work on regulatory-compliant financial platforms (e.g., GDPR, SEC standards)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies in high-stakes financial environments
