Reporting to the Head of Design for Consumer Banking, you will spearhead initiatives that blend cutting-edge UX principles with the rigorous demands of the financial industry, focusing on areas like mobile banking apps, investment platforms, and payment solutions. Your role will be pivotal in creating seamless, trustworthy interactions that drive customer loyalty and adherence to global regulatory standards. In this leadership position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into intuitive designs.
