Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft user-centric designs that enhance the end-to-end customer experience in financial applications
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, focusing on seamless interactions for retail and investment banking platforms
  • Define and document design guidelines, components, and patterns that align with brand standards and financial industry best practices
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation within the Experience Design team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years focused on design systems in a digital product environment
  • Proven track record leading design system initiatives in a large-scale financial services organization
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions for complex digital platforms
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced settings
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
