Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for Chase for Business web and mobile platforms, from user research to final implementation
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into intuitive designs
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs to optimize user engagement and satisfaction in financial transactions
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across Chase's digital ecosystem
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance accessibility and inclusivity in business banking experiences
  • Mentor a team of designers, fostering innovation and best practices in UX for the financial services industry
  • Analyze user data and metrics to inform design decisions that reduce friction in business lending and payment flows

  • Present design concepts and rationale to senior leadership to secure buy-in for user experience improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years leading design teams in digital product development
  • Proven track record in designing web and mobile experiences for financial services or enterprise applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, from research to prototyping and testing
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in design tools and understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in regulated industries
