Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define user needs and translate them into compelling design solutions
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the UX team

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and inclusive design solutions for complex user experiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in a regulated industry like banking
