Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user experience research to inform the design of digital products and services within the DXD QUANTS team at JP Morgan Chase
  • Design and execute qualitative studies, including ethnographic research and usability testing, focused on trader and client interactions with quantitative tools
  • Analyze quantitative data from user behavior analytics to identify pain points in financial platforms and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with quant developers, product managers, and designers to integrate research insights into product roadmaps
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide UX enhancements for high-stakes financial applications
  • Present research findings through compelling reports and workshops to senior stakeholders in London
