Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end user experience research projects to inform the design of digital banking and investment products at JPMorgan Chase
  • Conduct qualitative interviews, usability testing, and ethnographic studies with diverse customer segments, including retail and institutional clients
  • Analyze quantitative data from user analytics tools to identify pain points in financial services platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research insights into actionable recommendations
  • Champion inclusive design practices to ensure accessibility and equity in user experiences across global markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in user experience research, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record of leading research initiatives that directly influenced product decisions in complex, regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as banking apps, investment platforms, and compliance-driven user interfaces
  • Experience with mixed-methods research, including qualitative and quantitative approaches
  • Ability to navigate stakeholder relationships in a large-scale organization like JPMorgan Chase
