  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of external financial statements with US GAAP and regulatory standards

  • Analyze financial data to support external disclosures and investor communications
  • Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory changes
  • Conduct reconciliations and variance analysis for reporting purposes

  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics impacting external reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in external financial reporting or public accounting
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Experience with regulatory filings such as 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • CPA certification or progress toward certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Accounting)
  • Experience at a Big Four accounting firm
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's financial reporting processes
