Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process access requests for business users, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan's security policies and financial regulations
  • Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks in user entitlements across Finance & Business Management divisions
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions tailored to financial services needs
  • Support business change initiatives by providing access management expertise during system migrations and process optimizations
  • Develop and maintain documentation for access control procedures, including SOPs and training materials for team members
  • Monitor access patterns and generate reports on access trends to support risk assessment and regulatory reporting
  • Liaise with stakeholders in Mumbai and global offices to resolve access-related issues and ensure seamless business operations
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance access governance and align with JP Morgan's enterprise-wide standards
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and contribute to access-related incident response as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in access management, identity and access management (IAM), or business support roles within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, SOX, and financial sector-specific access controls
  • Proficiency in access management tools and systems, including Active Directory, SailPoint, or similar IAM platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage access requests, entitlements, and user provisioning in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting for access audits
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar in access management
