Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end fee billing process for clients, ensuring accuracy in invoice generation and distribution
  • Review and validate fee calculations based on contractual agreements, performance metrics, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with client operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments
  • Monitor billing cycles, track outstanding invoices, and follow up on collections to minimize delays
  • Prepare and analyze billing reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key trends and variances
  • Ensure compliance with internal JP Morgan Chase policies and external financial regulations such as SOX and GDPR

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or financial operations within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of fee structures, billing cycles, and regulatory compliance in banking and asset management
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for global client interactions
