Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier real estate clients to drive payments business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FIG sector, focusing on real estate payments

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and portfolio expansion

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services sales, with a focus on payments or transaction banking
  • Proven track record in managing and expanding client portfolios within the real estate sector
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions, liquidity management, and trade finance products
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or other European languages is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent in financial services
  • Experience working in a regulated financial environment in Europe
