Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of financial strategies for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) in Singapore
  • Assist in program management for key finance initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Contribute to risk assessment and compliance activities within the financial management framework
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Liaise with global OCFO teams to ensure consistency in financial reporting and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, business management, or program management within the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA Level 1
