Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with strategic goals

  • Conduct data analysis using financial models to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services market
  • Contribute to risk assessment and compliance activities related to financial operations
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on business performance and market insights
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in finance and business management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 2-5 years of prior professional experience in finance, business management, or a related field before career break
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting in the financial services sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial modeling
  • Ability to obtain necessary regulatory approvals and clearances for working in a financial institution
  • Commitment to a 12-month program with full-time availability in Jersey City, NJ
