Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Home Lending Operations leadership, providing strategic insights to optimize business performance
  • Drive key initiatives related to operational efficiency, cost management, and revenue growth in home lending
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for real-time business reporting
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts and prepare materials for audits and stakeholder reviews
  • Lead ad-hoc projects, including technology integrations and process automation in lending operations
  • Foster relationships with internal partners and external vendors to enhance operational capabilities
  • Analyze market trends in the mortgage industry to inform strategic recommendations
  • Contribute to talent development by mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in home lending or operations
  • Proven track record in business management, strategic planning, or performance optimization within a banking environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a focus on compliance

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
