Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Finance and Business Management team in promoting operational excellence through process optimization and efficiency initiatives
  • Provide financial oversight by developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for business units
  • Foster strategic partnerships across departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to inform decision-making and risk management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare executive reports and presentations on financial performance
  • Drive business management initiatives, including resource allocation and performance metrics tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and JP Morgan's risk management frameworks
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement within the finance operations
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to talent development programs
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to global finance strategy and transformation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business management, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements
  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
