Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across JP Morgan Chase to deliver financial and strategic analysis supporting key initiatives
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including variance analysis and performance reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for various business units
• Provide insights on cost optimization and resource allocation to drive operational efficiency
• Collaborate with risk management teams to assess financial impacts of market and regulatory changes
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on financial performance and strategic recommendations
• Support ad-hoc projects involving mergers, acquisitions, or new product launches
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with firm-wide financial goals
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on budgeting priorities and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within the financial services industry
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams in a large organization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders
