Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Corporate Oversight & Governance Technology team
• Provide strategic business management support, including performance tracking and KPI reporting to senior leadership
• Collaborate with technology and governance stakeholders to align financial resources with business objectives
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making on technology investments and initiatives
• Oversee governance processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs in technology finance
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on financial performance and business risks
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and accountability
• Monitor industry trends in financial services to recommend enhancements to governance and oversight practices
• Support audit and risk assessment activities related to technology and corporate functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, business management, or strategic planning within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for technology or corporate functions
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in banking
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a large-scale financial institution
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools relevant to enterprise technology finance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology finance or oversight roles at a major bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and technology governance frameworks
• Certification in financial planning (e.g., CFA, CPA) or project management (e.g., PMP)
