Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and multi-year financial plans for business units within JP Morgan Chase
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance reporting and profitability assessments
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
  • Oversee forecasting processes and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvements
  • Support regulatory compliance and internal audit requirements for financial reporting
  • Lead cross-functional projects to optimize business processes and cost efficiencies
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on financial performance
  • Mentor junior finance team members and foster a culture of financial excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or business management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for large-scale operations
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance in a banking environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
