Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the collections process for marketing events and advertising invoices, ensuring timely recovery of supplier balances
  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding payments
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and prepare monthly reports on collections performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with delayed payments or disputed invoices
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to forecast and track event-related expenditures
  • Utilize financial systems to monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or finance operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of invoicing processes, payment reconciliation, and collections strategies
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Philippine financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to handle high-volume data entry and maintain accuracy in financial records
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing finance or event budgeting within a large corporation
  • Certification in Accounts Payable/Receivable (e.g., NACM or similar)
