Key Responsibilities

  • Support trading desks by producing accurate daily and monthly P&L reports and explanations
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data
  • Assist in month-end close processes, including variance analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with front-office traders, risk management, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor and validate trade booking, pricing, and valuation data
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance control efficiency
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
  • Maintain documentation of control procedures and ensure adherence to JPMorgan policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product control, financial reporting, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of P&L reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end close processes
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools like Excel
  • Availability to work part-time hours, typically 20-25 hours per week
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
  • Authorization to work in Argentina without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CPA or CFA
  • Experience in a trading desk support role at a major financial institution
