Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product backlog for applications focused on data management, controls, modeling, analytics, and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives in the financial services sector
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Work closely with development teams to translate financial requirements into technical specifications

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and deployment of applications supporting treasury, risk, and reporting functions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership, project management, or agile methodologies within financial services
  • Strong understanding of data management, financial modeling, and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Experience with application development and delivery in a banking or financial environment
  • Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Knowledge of financial controls and compliance standards like SOX or Basel III
