Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and optimization of an 800-person portfolio within the Finance Product team, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, performance metrics, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risks
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, and Technology to drive product delivery and innovation in financial services
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support portfolio growth, regulatory compliance, and client-centric solutions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide executive reporting on portfolio health, financial impacts, and operational challenges
• Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring team leads, resolving escalations, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and mitigate operational risks in financial products, ensuring adherence to global banking standards and JP Morgan policies
• Drive cross-functional projects to integrate new technologies and streamline workflows in the portfolio
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain operational integrity and support audit readiness
• Represent the portfolio in enterprise-wide forums, advocating for resources and enhancements to deliver superior financial outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services operations, portfolio management, or product delivery within a large-scale banking environment
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in executing complex financial product portfolios
• Deep understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance standards in the banking sector
• Experience managing large teams (200+ members) in a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, investment banking, or corporate finance products at JP Morgan Chase or similar firm
• Certification in project management (PMP) or financial operations (e.g., CFA Level II or equivalent)
• Prior exposure to agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives in financial services
• International experience managing operations across multiple geographies, including APAC regions
• Background in leveraging technology for portfolio optimization, such as AI-driven analytics
