Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance and assess risks
• Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators for reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on investment opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on financial metrics
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure accuracy in financial data
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for various business units
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Assist in due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in banking or financial services
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
