Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities in financial operations
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in all analyses
  • Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and investments
  • Monitor key performance metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly financial reviews
  • Leverage data analytics tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Authorization to work in India without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Experience in investment banking or asset management at a global firm
  • Knowledge of Indian financial markets and regulations
