Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives at JP Morgan Chase
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk management, operations, and client services
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in financial reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial analysis workflows
• Support ad-hoc projects related to mergers, acquisitions, or portfolio optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or CPA (or equivalent) are advantageous

• Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related discipline
