Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making for JP Morgan Chase's operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets in alignment with corporate objectives
• Analyze financial performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk management, operations, and technology to optimize resource allocation
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis to ensure financial health and compliance
• Support ad-hoc financial projects, such as cost-benefit analyses for new business ventures
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on financial trends and recommendations
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's internal controls and regulatory standards in all financial activities
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of finance team capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business finance, or related roles within the financial services industry
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification
