Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of firmwide Management Information Systems (MIS) to support strategic decision-making across JP Morgan Chase's global operations
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of financial data to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with senior executives, business units, and technology teams to define MIS requirements and implement scalable analytics solutions
• Design and execute dashboards, reports, and predictive models for key performance indicators in areas like risk management, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality and integration processes, leveraging tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau for enhanced MIS capabilities
• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and conduct audits to mitigate risks in financial reporting
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering a culture of innovation in financial analytics within the Analytics Solutions & Delivery category
• Identify emerging trends in financial services and recommend MIS enhancements to support JP Morgan Chase's competitive edge
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to facilitate seamless reporting and compliance workflows
• Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation for MIS projects, optimizing costs while delivering high-impact insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, management information systems, or data analytics within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading large-scale MIS projects in a global banking environment, with experience at a major financial institution
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and SEC filings
• Proficiency in data governance, quality assurance, and compliance standards in financial data management
• Experience with enterprise-level data platforms and tools used in banking analytics
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and certifications for handling sensitive financial data

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CFA, CPA, or FRM
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal systems or similar proprietary banking platforms
• Prior leadership role in firmwide analytics initiatives at a Tier 1 bank
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML for financial forecasting
• International experience in cross-border financial reporting and MIS

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management for querying large financial datasets
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
