Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic financial insights to support senior leadership decision-making at JPMorgan Chase
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts and budgets for business units in the financial services sector
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance
• Generate timely and accurate financial reports compliant with internal and regulatory standards
• Innovate new reporting capabilities using advanced analytics and automation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data into business strategies
• Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends impacting JPMorgan Chase's operations
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects related to mergers, acquisitions, or market expansions
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
