Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic financial insights to support business decision-making at JP Morgan Chase
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses for assigned business units
• Ensure timely and compliant financial reporting in accordance with regulatory standards
• Innovate and implement new reporting capabilities using advanced analytics tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify trends
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support senior leadership initiatives
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Support audit processes and ensure data integrity across financial systems
• Contribute to the development of financial models that align with JP Morgan's risk management framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
• Experience with large-scale data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• CFA or CPA certification (or progress towards)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
• Experience in banking or investment management at a major financial institution
