Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk organization in the region
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives and risk priorities
  • Monitor and analyze financial trends, identifying risks and opportunities to support decision-making
  • Support regulatory reporting and compliance with internal controls and external standards
  • Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency using JP Morgan's proprietary tools
  • Provide financial advisory services to regional stakeholders, including cost-benefit analyses for risk management projects
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's global financial policies and contribute to audit preparations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or business management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in supporting compliance, conduct, or operational risk functions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks in banking
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
