Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial control processes, including reconciliation of accounts and variance analysis for business units in Mumbai
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with JP Morgan's global standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory reporting standards applicable to banking
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms
  • Ability to handle complex financial data analysis and ensure compliance with internal controls

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a recognized institution
