Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of financial forecasting and analysis processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined workflows
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to oversee data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning for JP Morgan Chase's business units
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Drive the adoption of analytics solutions to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives on time and within budget
• Conduct variance analysis and performance reporting to monitor key financial metrics
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls in all financial processes
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in analytics delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial forecasting, analysis, or planning within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading process transformation initiatives, including data migration projects
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Finance and Technology
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms
