Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyze financial data and key metrics to identify trends and variances
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives
  • Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing for risk assessment
  • Support the annual budgeting cycle and long-term financial planning
  • Monitor and report on cost efficiencies and profitability metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or analysis within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP
