Your primary focus will be on preparing and analyzing financial reports for a diverse portfolio of funds, including mutual funds, hedge funds, and alternative investments. You will collaborate closely with portfolio managers, compliance officers, and global teams to reconcile accounts, calculate net asset values (NAV), and generate investor statements. Adhering to international standards like GAAP and IFRS, as well as local regulations such as SEBI guidelines, you will mitigate risks and support audit processes. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for fund clients
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery of regulatory reports to authorities and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile fund accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support NAV calculations and investor reporting processes within the Fund Services operations
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks for client portfolios
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of reporting procedures and ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase's control standards
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including audit support
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on financial reporting best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or operations within the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory reporting standards applicable to fund services
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms
• Experience in fund servicing operations, including NAV calculations and investor reporting
• Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and compliance to regulatory requirements
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as MBA or CPA certification
• Prior experience working with global financial institutions like JPMorgan Chase
• Familiarity with asset management and alternative investments reporting
• Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and SEBI guidelines
• Experience with data analytics tools for financial reporting
