Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for fund clients
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of regulatory reports to authorities and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile fund accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Support NAV calculations and investor reporting processes within the Fund Services operations
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks for client portfolios
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of reporting procedures and ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase's control standards
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including audit support
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on financial reporting best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory reporting standards applicable to fund services
  • Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms
  • Experience in fund servicing operations, including NAV calculations and investor reporting
  • Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and compliance to regulatory requirements
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CPA certification
