Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy for fintech partnerships to drive innovation in JP Morgan Chase's Global Banking business
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend fintech partners and investment opportunities that align with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate fintech solutions into core banking products like cash management and trade finance
• Conduct market analysis on emerging fintech trends to shape long-term strategy and optimize client offerings
• Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from due diligence to implementation and performance tracking
• Work with risk and compliance teams to ensure partnerships meet regulatory standards and mitigate potential risks
• Lead cross-functional projects to pilot and scale innovative solutions, measuring impact on business growth and client satisfaction
• Contribute to thought leadership by presenting strategies to senior leadership and external forums
• Monitor competitor fintech initiatives and benchmark JP Morgan Chase's position in the industry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or partnerships within fintech or financial services
• Proven track record of managing fintech partnerships or investments in a banking or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of global banking products and services, including corporate lending, treasury services, and capital markets
• Experience in innovation strategy, including evaluating emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and digital payments
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, risk, compliance, and business lines
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
