Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive testing of firm-wide controls to identify and mitigate operational risks in compliance with JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations to assess control effectiveness and recommend enhancements
  • Develop and document test plans, procedures, and findings to support risk management excellence
  • Analyze data from testing activities to detect control deficiencies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Participate in the ReEntry Program by leveraging prior experience to reintegrate into the financial services workforce
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards for senior management on control testing outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the control environment in the Compliance & Ops Risk Testing category
  • Engage in training and development sessions to stay updated on evolving risk landscapes in banking
  • Assist in audits and reviews to validate the integrity of financial controls and processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, or SOX compliance
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and risk assessment methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Eligibility to participate in career reentry programs, with a break in employment not exceeding 2 years

Preferred Qualifications
