Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Product Owner for Firmwide Finance Business Architecture initiatives, defining product vision and roadmap in alignment with Global Finance goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure solutions meet business needs in the financial services sector
  • Manage agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to drive program delivery
  • Oversee the integration of finance systems with enterprise-wide platforms at JP Morgan Chase
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with finance architecture projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and report to senior leadership on milestones and outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance business architecture, product ownership, or program management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure programs in a global finance organization
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices
