Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Product Owner for firmwide finance business architecture initiatives, defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog for large-scale infrastructure programs
  • Collaborate with Global Finance stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across treasury, controllership, and corporate functions
  • Lead agile ceremonies, prioritize epics and user stories, and drive delivery of enhancements to finance systems supporting regulatory reporting and risk analytics
  • Identify and mitigate risks in finance transformation projects, adhering to JP Morgan's governance and control frameworks
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and translate complex financial processes into actionable architecture designs
  • Monitor program progress, track KPIs, and report on outcomes to senior leadership within the Global Finance organization
  • Champion innovation in finance operations, leveraging emerging technologies like AI and data analytics to optimize business processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies, conducting impact assessments for system changes
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in program management practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance business architecture, program management, or product ownership within a large financial institution
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure programs in global finance organizations
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations, risk management, and compliance standards such as SOX and Basel III
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product ownership in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like PMP, CBAP, or Agile Product Owner
