Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support firmwide strategic planning
• Conduct variance analysis on budgets and forecasts to identify key drivers and risks
• Collaborate with business units across JP Morgan Chase to gather data and align on financial goals
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on financial performance and projections
• Support the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning initiatives
• Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts on firmwide financial strategies
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to aid in merger, acquisition, or investment decisions
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and forecasting activities
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements in the planning function

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large financial institution
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Experience with budgeting processes and variance analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
• Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex data analysis
• CFA or CPA certification or progress toward obtaining one

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience at a global investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
