Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation, validation, and timely submission of the FR Y-15 GSIB regulatory report to the Federal Reserve, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across JP Morgan Chase's Controller organization to gather and reconcile data from various business units
  • Develop and implement controls, procedures, and automation enhancements to improve the efficiency and reliability of the reporting process
  • Monitor regulatory changes related to FR Y-15 and GSIB indicators, advising senior management on impacts and remediation strategies
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in financial data to mitigate regulatory risks
  • Lead projects to integrate new data sources or technologies into the FR Y-15 reporting framework, aligning with JP Morgan's firmwide standards
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on regulatory reporting best practices and JP Morgan's compliance protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial controls, or compliance within the banking or financial services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of FR Y-15 reporting requirements and Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB) methodologies as mandated by the Federal Reserve
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end regulatory reporting processes, including data validation, reconciliation, and submission
