Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies for firmwide resiliency initiatives at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, risk, and operations to identify customer and business needs
• Utilize advanced data analytics to assess resiliency risks and measure product performance
• Design and iterate on products that enhance the firm's ability to withstand disruptions in financial markets
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance standards
• Drive agile product development cycles, from ideation to deployment and monitoring
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the financial services landscape
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation in resiliency practices
• Present product roadmaps and progress updates to senior leadership
• Integrate feedback loops to continuously improve resiliency products based on real-world testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or technology
• Proven track record in developing and launching products that enhance operational resilience
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial industry, such as those from the Federal Reserve or SEC
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies for risk assessment
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams within a large-scale organization
