Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision and roadmap for flow-based commercial lending applications, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define user stories and prioritize backlogs
  • Drive the simplification and transformation of legacy lending systems to enhance efficiency, user experience, and compliance with global regulations like Basel III
  • Conduct market analysis and gather requirements from clients and internal partners to innovate product features in commercial lending
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality increments
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, iterating based on feedback from end-users in the financial services ecosystem
  • Ensure seamless integration with JP Morgan's broader technology stack, including risk management and core banking systems
  • Manage risks associated with product delivery, including cybersecurity and data privacy in line with firm-wide policies
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of product delivery practices within the Bengaluru technology center

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership, agile methodologies, or product management within financial services
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformations in commercial lending or similar banking applications
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending processes, including loan origination, underwriting, and servicing
  • Experience with stakeholder management across technology, business, and compliance teams in a global financial institution
