Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for FX eTrading platforms, ensuring seamless execution of client trades
  • Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies, settlements, and confirmations in real-time
  • Collaborate with front office traders and clients to troubleshoot electronic trading issues
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze FX market data to support client queries and optimize trading workflows
  • Liaise with technology teams to enhance eTrading systems and implement platform updates
  • Prepare reports on trade volumes, performance metrics, and operational efficiencies
  • Support client onboarding for FX eTrading services, including system integrations
  • Contribute to process improvements in the FX eTrading Middle Office to drive efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreign exchange operations, middle office support, or electronic trading environments
  • Strong understanding of FX markets, including spot, forwards, options, and electronic trading platforms
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is highly advantageous for client interactions in Latin America
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services, particularly FX trading regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive transactions in a global financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent in financial risk management
  • Prior experience working with JP Morgan Chase or similar bulge-bracket investment banks
  • Knowledge of Latin American FX markets and regional regulatory frameworks
