Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate mortgage application documents for accuracy and completeness to support the home lending process
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's internal policies and Philippine regulatory standards in all underwriting activities
• Identify and flag discrepancies in financial statements, income verification, and credit reports
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to gather additional information from applicants when needed
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for senior underwriters to facilitate decision-making
• Maintain accurate records of document reviews in JP Morgan's proprietary systems
• Support quality assurance checks to minimize errors in the mortgage approval pipeline
• Contribute to process improvements by suggesting efficiencies in document handling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited university
