Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for FRO (Financial Reporting and Operations) dashboarding, analytics, and AI/ML solutions to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, AI specialists, and business leaders to define product requirements and prioritize features
• Oversee the development and implementation of reporting dashboards that ensure compliance with financial regulations and enhance operational efficiency
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML models for predictive analytics in risk management and financial forecasting within JP Morgan Chase's global operations
• Monitor product performance metrics, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate on solutions to align with evolving business needs
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact analytics tools
• Partner with senior executives to communicate insights from dashboards and analytics, influencing strategic decisions in the financial services sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, analytics, or reporting within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading AI/ML initiatives and dashboarding solutions for enterprise reporting
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial reporting, such as those from FCA or SEC
• Experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a quantitative field
