Key Responsibilities

  • Record and categorize income and expenses accurately in accordance with JP Morgan Chase financial policies
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure timely posting of transactions to maintain financial integrity
  • Respond to internal client requests regarding administrative processes for business operations, including invoice processing and payment approvals
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for the FROSCH Mexico operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with local Mexican regulations and JP Morgan Chase global standards
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews
  • Contribute to process improvements in finance operations to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in financial recording and reconciliation processes
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes for business operations
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle internal client requests efficiently and accurately
  • Knowledge of Mexican accounting standards and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a multinational financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
