Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to travel agent teams by managing booking systems and resolving system issues
  • Assist accounting department with travel expense reconciliation and invoice processing in compliance with JP Morgan Chase financial policies
  • Coordinate daily operations including scheduling, documentation, and communication for travel initiatives
  • Support projects related to travel policy updates and system integrations within the financial services framework
  • Maintain accurate records of travel data, ensuring data integrity for reporting to senior management
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless travel arrangements for JP Morgan Chase clients and employees
  • Monitor and report on travel budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities aligned with financial goals
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from agent teams, including research on travel vendors and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to process improvements by documenting workflows and suggesting enhancements for efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support within the financial services or travel management sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Strong understanding of travel booking systems and compliance with corporate travel policies
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Experience handling confidential financial and client information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
