Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full stack applications for the Payment Developer Portal using Java and React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure solutions align with JP Morgan's payment processing standards
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster best practices in software development
• Integrate secure payment APIs and ensure compliance with financial regulations and security protocols
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high-volume transaction data in a real-time environment
• Drive agile sprints, participate in architectural discussions, and contribute to innovation in fintech solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, from backend services to user interfaces

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Java and modern Java frameworks such as Spring Boot
• Extensive experience with React.js and front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and delivering complex projects
• Deep understanding of financial services domain, particularly payment systems and regulatory compliance
• Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in a large-scale enterprise environment
